Helping to Heal! The Spirit of the Valley Run, Walk ‘N Roll 1K and 5K timed races are set for Saturday September 9, 2023. Runners, walkers and rollers are all welcome for a great morning of competition, fun, food, and rock ‘n roll. The race will benefit two local organizations – the VA Recreational Therapy Program on the Western Slope and Hilltop’s Latimer House.

The race starts and ends at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church, at the corner of 27 ½ Rd. and Cortland Ave., followed by live rock ‘n roll music.

A sack brunch will be served to all participants and volunteers. Additional meal tickets are $7 and are available at the door.

Vetted and trained childcare is available at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church on a donation basis.
