The race is the same as last year, including the new course (the path was repaved and widened!). You can participate as a runner, walker, donator, or volunteer. 5K runners and walkers can register as an individual or as a member of a team in one of two team categories, Knights of Columbus or Parish/Organization. There will be age group awards given out to the top three men and women in each age category. Team awards will be given out to the top three teams in each category (team members are still eligible for age group awards). A kids fun run (plus other activities) will be held immediately following the 5K. All 5K participants receive a T-shirt as well as entry into the prize drawing. Everyone (participants and supporters) can enjoy the post race breakfast prepared by the Knights of Columbus.
