REAL Training presents The REAL JV State XC Championships & Community 4K!

Come be a part of our first-year event on the athletic fields east of Niwot High School. This spike-friendly course will consist of grass, dirt, and gravel.
JV Athletes: This is your chance to SHINE!
JV Teams: How deep is your TEAM? Let’s find out!

Qualification Standards for the Hoka JV Championship races:

CO HS athletes only
Athletes who did not compete in the 2021 CO State XC Championships
Athletes who did not finish in their team’s top 7 at their Regional meet
Basically, no end-of-season varsity runners, please and thank you.

Registration:

Hoka Girls & Boys 4K JV Championship Races: Individuals register here on RunSignUp. (Teams register on MileSplit.)
Community 4K race: Register here on RunSignUp.
Early Registration ($25) ends October 24th.
Late Registration ($30) ends October 31st.
In-Person, Race-Day Registration ($35) from 3-3:30pm

Community 4K:

Everyone is welcome: MS athletes, adults, masters, youth, coaches, pros, etc.
HS Coaches: If you register a complete girls and/or boys Championship team, you race in the Community 4K for free. If there’s enough interest, we’ll create a Coach division within the Community 4K. Bragging rights, anyone?

Championship Race Scoring:

Run: Unlimited
Score: 5
6th & 7th runners (if applicable) will be “pushers” in the race.

Hoka Girls 4K JV Championship individual winner
Hoka Boys 4K JV Championship individual winner
Community 4K 1st place male
Community 4K 1st place female

REAL Training aims to help athletes reach their potential as athletes and humans, while not excluding athletes who may lack financial means.
