Silverton Alpine and Kendall Mountain Runs a success

The Silverton Alpine Marathons kicked off the weekend of running in the San Juan Mountains last weekend. 168 athletes took on the challenge. The next day, 144 runners scrambled 4,000' to the summit of Kendall Mountain and back down.
