Runners from Colorado competed in the USATF 5k Championship in New York. Hillary Bor of Colorado Springs placed second in 13:29. The 2022 USA Track & Field (USATF) 5K Championships took place at the Abbott Dash to the Finish Line 5K on Saturday, November 5. The event took place in Midtown Manhattan the day prior to the TCS New York City Marathon and was broadcast live on USATF.TV. Abbott returned as the title partner of the event which features a $78,000 prize purse – the largest of any 5K race in the world.
