Anthony Raftis and Jessica Scheriff won the USATF Colorado 5K Championships at the Pumpkin Pie 5K race on Saturday, November 20. Raftis, 23, of Longmont claimed the win in 14:55. Scheriff, 25, of Denver ran 17:19 for the title. More than 1,500 runners and walkers competed in the day’s events at City Park in Denver.
The races also included a 10K. Kenneth Foster of Monument won the 10K in 32:37 with Andi Almodovsr of USAF Academy winning the women’s title in 37:39.
