Participants of the Rudolph Ramble successfully located the missing Rudolph this past Sunday at City Park in Denver.  The event is the first of five in the RunDenver Race Series, and kicked off under unseasonably warm temperatures and sunshine.

Hundreds of runners and walkers took to the classic City Park 5K course for the annual event prior to the upcoming holidays.  The festive race welcomed participants at the finish with a hopping post-race party stocked full of food, drinks and vendors.  Awards were given to the top finishers and age groupers.

In the men’s race, 27-year old Julio Bonilla took top honors with a time of 18:23.  Coming in second was 40-year old Brian Glotzbach in 19 minutes flat.  Third place finisher William Stanigar was close behind, coming in at 19:05.

The women’s 5K saw 26-year old Kery Allen grab the win in 19:37.  An impressive performance from 10-year old Lila Crowley resulted in a second place finish in 20:06.  Rounding out the top three was 27-year old Kristin Jenkins in 20:17.
