Athletics Boulders is a running club based in Boulder, CO. Our group trains twice weekly, with workouts designed and led by Rick Bruess, a member with over 30 years running experience. Each group workout concludes with a brief general strength and mobility session, to help runners get stronger and stay healthy.
Serious, passionate runners are always welcome at our workouts. There is a broad spectrum of paces and ages in our group, the one common thread being a passion for running and the mutual support and camaraderie that makes our group work.
